If you are interested in participating, we need the following information to begin moving forward:
Please execute the Origination and Servicing Agreement, complete the Originator Questionnaire, and return to AHFA. The questionnaire and a copy of the execution page (page 13) can be scanned for emailing to mking@ahfa.com or faxed to Mike King at 334.271.3104 to expedite the process. However, two originals of the Origination and Servicing Agreement must be returned by mail to AHFA. We will date and sign the Agreement and return a fully executed original to you.
AHFA is offering a series of originator training sessions for each servicing function. When your completed application documents are received, an AHFA staff member will communicate with your contact person to coordinate scheduling of the training, as well as collect other information.
