If you're having financial difficulties and want to be considered for our Loss Mitigation program, financial information is required. This information can be submitted online via our Customer CareNet system (follow Steps 1- 7) or by mail (follow Steps 6-7).
- Go to Customer CareNet
- Enter your User ID and Password. If you don't have one you can easily set one up.
- Select "Late Payments" from the menu on the left.
- Select the option "Update Financials".
- You will receive a letter acknowledging your online entry.
- Complete the Borrower Financial Statement, Authorization to Obtain Credit Report, Authorization to Release Information, Third Party Authorization, Request for Transcript of Tax Return, Verification of Employment and Home Affordable Modification Program Hardship Affidavit and submit along with the other information requested below.
- Hardship letter
- Two consecutive and current pay-stubs for all household income.
- Verification of any other income.
- Checking and savings bank statements for the last two months.
- Signed copies of the last two years' income tax returns with all schedules and W-2 forms.
- A copy of a profit and loss statement and/or year-to-date statement, if self-employed.
- A copy of the most recent utility bill (telephone, water, electric or gas).
- Sign completed forms and send them to ServiSolutions. Once we receive your financial package, you'll receive an acknowledgement or a request for more information.
