  •  What should I do if I am in the military and have been activated?
    Please send a copy of your activation orders to ServiSolutions, ATTN: SSCRA. Please also include current contact information so we can reach you to discuss how your payment may be affected.


    When is my loan reported delinquent to the credit bureau?
    Your loan status is reported monthly and will report past due (30, 60, 90 or over 90 days delinquent) if payment is not made during the month it is due.


    I closed my loan with another lender. How did my loan get to ServiSolutions?
    Approved lenders close loans on behalf of ServiSolutions, and your loan will remain with ServiSolutions for the life of the loan.
