Alabama Housing Finance Authority's servicing department is now ServiSolutions.
Customers will be receiving new detailed monthly statements, which will include recent payments, escrow information and much more. You will still use Customer CareNet to manage your mortgage.
Please note if you use the Western Union Quick Collect to make your monthly payment, the code city is changing from AL Housing to ServiSolutions.
