No. Participating Originators are responsible for calculating the initial escrow amounts.
Can borrowers make monthly payments online?
Borrowers may access their account online through the Customer CareNet module. Borrowers may establish a monthly draft OR make a one-time online payment. Initial setup of User ID and Password is required prior to completing a payment online for the first time. There is a $4 fee per transaction for one-time online payments.

Originators are required to establish a designated bank account and execute the ACH Funding Authorization Form to allow funds to be remitted to the Originator by ACH. Fundable loan files received by the close of business on Tuesdays will be funded on Friday of the same week.
