ServiSolutions Launches New Automated Phone System

ServiSolutions launched a new automated phone system in October that gives you more information about your mortgage loan than ever before. With the enhancements, we anticipate overall call center wait times will lessen significantly as customers will be able to use the automated tools to get the information they seek.

What are the Benefits?

Customers will have the option of obtaining loan information and status from the automated phone system, including:

  • Current amount due and/or last payment posted
  • Principal balance information
  • Interest rate
  • Total monthly payment
  • Year to date interest and principal paid
  • Year to date escrow items paid
  • Prior year end information
  • Company mailing address
  • Fax #
  • Information on how to submit bills or insurance renewals
  • How to request a payoff statement                                                                                      

How Will the System Work?*

  • Enter loan number or social security number followed by the #
  • Enter property zip code followed by the #
  • The system will provide payment information such as amount due or last payment made
  • Press 2 to make a payment (currently option 1)
  • Press 3 for all other account information
