Scammers Posing as ServiSolutions

June 02, 2025

We want to alert you to a recent scam targeting our valued customers.

Scammers are sending fraudulent emails, posing as ServiSolutions, with the intent to deceive and exploit you. These emails may contain alarming messages about past due balances, offers of loan modification, and false fees to be charged.

Key details of the scam email include:

  • Threats of past due balances and escrow shortages that you must pay to proceed.
  • "Permanent approval" of a loan modification after three "trial payments" are made.
  • Urgency to respond quickly to avoid serious consequences.

Some of the emails in the current scam are appearing to come from "Dexter Smith" in Dallas at [email protected]. That is not a ServiSolutions employee. That is not a ServiSolutions office location. And that is not a valid ServiSolutions email address.

Important Reminders:

  1. Verify the Source: Always check the sender’s email address. Official communications from ServiSolutions will come from our verified domains, servsol.com, ahfa.com, or LDOSC.com.
  2. Do Not Share Personal Information: Never provide personal or financial information, especially your social security number, in response to unsolicited emails or phone calls.
  3. Contact Us Directly: If you receive a suspicious email, do not reply or click on any links. Do not call given numbers in emails. Instead, contact us directly using the contact information provided on our official website, official Google page, or official emails sent from the domain names, servsol.com, ahfa.com, or LDOSC.com.

We are committed to your security and well-being. If you have any doubts or concerns about the legitimacy of any communication, please reach out to us immediately.

Stay vigilant and protect yourself from scams.
