Upon the onset of the coronavirus pandemic, we closed our office payment window and installed a payment drop box, and we closed the office to visitors. - Automatic Payment Drafting. Pay on Time, Every Time ... for FREE! ServiSolutions' Auto Draft Payment service automatically drafts your scheduled mortgage payment from your bank account. Using Auto Draft Payments ensures your payment is on time each month and protects your credit score, eliminates the need to write a check, and avoids mail delays.
