Over the next several months, your local taxing authorities will begin mailing property tax bill(s). Once you receive a copy in the mail, it is important that you review the bill and send it to us if it falls under one of the following categories:

• Your loan is less than one year old
• It is a supplemental tax bill
• It is a delinquent tax bill
